GIA’s Update on X (Formerly Twitter)

As of January 2024, Grantmakers in the Arts has elected to discontinue the use of our X account (formerly Twitter). This was a collective decision made on behalf of GIA’s team as we continue to strategize the most effective methods in which we maintain communications with our membership and the arts funding field at large. We encourage you to follow our other social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn), and sign up for the Reader Snapshot to receive mailings about digital publication. If you are a GIA member and have not been receiving our weekly member bulletin, please contact gia@giarts.org to check the status of your account.

We appreciate the support and interactions we have received on the account for nearly a decade. Until further notice, GIA will not have any active presence on Twitter for the foreseeable future, but the programming archive will remain visible. Questions and concerns can be directed to gia@giarts.org
